Knowledge Graph

Google’s Knowledge Graph is why searching a business name returns a panel with its address, hours, reviews, and services. Search engines and AI systems use these entity databases to disambiguate (which “Mercury” do you mean?) and to connect facts across sources.

For businesses, the goal is to become a recognized entity: consistent name, address, and phone data everywhere, Schema.org Organization markup with stable identifiers, profiles on authoritative platforms, and content that consistently associates your brand with your services and service area.

Entity recognition is foundational for AI search visibility: engines cite sources they can identify and trust, and a clean knowledge-graph presence is how they identify you.
