Customer Data Platform (CDP)

A CDP solves the data-silo problem: your email tool knows opens, your CRM knows deals, your analytics knows page views, but nothing connects them. By unifying identities across systems, a CDP gives you a single view of each customer relationship.

For most small and mid-sized businesses, a full enterprise CDP is overkill: the same outcome is often achieved with a well-configured CRM, consistent UTM and form tracking, and server-side event forwarding.

CDPs matter most in a cookieless world: first-party data you collect and unify yourself is the durable asset that third-party tracking used to fake.
